All shuttle are non smoking and air conditioned. The fleet of vehicles is primarily made up of vans with seating for up to eleven passengers, plus seating for the driver. They are equipped with air-conditioning and an internal communication system to offer fast and flexible service. Ample space in the back provides comfortable transport of luggage inside the vehicle.

Reservations can be done 24 hours in advance. However, we highly recommand you to make your reservations in advance.

We will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of the carrier. After this time we will try our hardest possible to transfer you, but we cannot undertake any responsibility if this is not possible.

You must make your way to the Hotel Reservation Consortium Assistance Desk situated at each arrival terminal of Rome's Fiumicino Airport

The distance between the Fiumicino airport to the city is about 35 Km. The travel is about 40/50 minutes

Each traveler is allowed maximum 2 pieces of luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. The shuttle service operates to/from Rome's Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport (Fiumicino International Airport) and central Rome Hotels, which are located within the railway ring only. This transfer is not available to/from Ciampino Airport.
