No, our tours are ON rain or shine. We have ponchos available for anyone that needs them and the Segways themselves run just fine in all weather.

We recommend that you reserve at least 3 days before your desired touring date, but you can always call us to check for availability.

No, we are here to Segway and enjoy the City, so that is what we are going to do! Besides there is always some people that want 3hrs in a museum and others need only 30 minutes so it would be very hard to coordinate.

The Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone 16 and older. Riders must have the ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance. The Segway is not appropriate for those weighing under 100 pounds (45 kilos) or over 250 pounds (113 kilos).

In order to take the tour you must bring a credit card and a picture idée. You will have to authorize us to charge you in case damages to your Segway occur. You will also be asked to sign a document were you exclude us from all responsibility of damages to your self and to other wile using Segway and were you declare full responsibility over the machine and its proper use.

You can insure your Segway for only 5 euro, this will cover all possible damages caused to thirds when using the Human Transporter. This service is optional and is offered by us if you need to feel your trip more safe and confortable.
